Group Sessions
The artistic work allows, thanks to the color and the creative act, to work on one's emotions, harmonizing the various aspects of the personality. The creative work helps the person to acquire greater self-awareness, to his ability to relate to himself and to others.
In group Art Therapy sessions we develop the ability to feel the group, to identify in each other what we often cannot see in ourselves. This is why art therapy can contribute to strengthen and regulate the world of emotions that are intrinsically linked to the qualities of the soul.
The adult should enter into a process of personal identification through his or her artistic work, discovering his or her own patterns that will naturally emerge from his or her most unconscious part, in order to recognize them and promote an organic acceptance of what is unveiled.

In the group sessions we work with the technique of watercolor and acrylic painting, as well as other artistic techniques such as modeling, stamping and form design. The choice of using various artistic techniques is considered particularly appropriate to accompany adults on their path of personal development, since art therapy and working with color, connects directly with the forces of inner movement, and of course, with the soul's soul forces that are conscious and unconscious.

General Objective
To discover through art therapy new resources to understand oneself, one's relationship with others and the environment in which one lives. Through the moral qualities of color, the person will be able to identify situations, emotions and states that will allow the integration of various skills, promoting a path of self-knowledge and personal development, improving their relationship with themselves and with everything around them.
