It is a pedagogical, artistic and art-therapeutic space that facilitates an integral education by fostering the will to -creating-artistic sensibilityfeeling- and intellectual capacity - tothinking- in children and adults, through its different professional services.
ART THERAPY
Fundamentals
Its pedagogical and artistic foundations are based on the creative process and active work of KNOWING, FORGETTING, REMEMBERING AND REINFORCING, which are inspired by Waldorf Pedagogy with a development of contents according to the evolutionary moment of each child and adult .
Her art-therapeutic fundamentals are based on the work and deep knowledge of the ESSENCE OF COLOR, using painting with its different techniques as the main instrument of expression, in addition to other artistic expressions such as drawing, design and modeling.
Art expresses the sensitive in an ideal form, brings the invisible into manifestation: the contribution that art can make to the search for truth and balance in every human being is considered essential.
WHO AM I?
I am Cristian Henríquez Hernández
Pedagogue, registered teacher Num. IB.701.24, specialist in Waldorf Early Childhood/Primary Education and Art Therapist, with more than 10 years of experience in schools and educational projects in Madrid, Malaga and Ibiza.
During my adolescence, I volunteered in various programs to help children and adolescents in my country: Honduras. These experiences helped me to discover my great connection with education, which led me to study pedagogy.
ABOUT ME
Educationand Experience
A few years later I move to Madrid, where I begin to study Waldorf Pedagogy for Infant and Primary Education, a 4-year training that makes me reconnect with my more artistic side and developing a humanistic and pedagogical vision of the human being. At the same time I work in projects with this pedagogy.
In 2016 I decide to move to Ibiza. I fall in love with the beauty and nature of the island and I start working at the Waldorf School of Ibiza, being a class tutor, pedagogical coordinator and active member of the Board of Directors.
OBJECTIVE AND MISSION
Purpose of EducArte Ibiza
In 2020, I begin training in Color Art Therapy in Florence, Italy.
Inspired by pedagogy, art and nature I decided to create EducArte Ibiza, a personal and professional platform that aims to accompany and support children in their learning process in academic studies, as well as to promote personal self-knowledge, emotional intelligence and social skills that facilitate a healthy and harmonious development.
EducArte Ibiza has the mission to help children and families to connect education with art and nature, being aware of professionalism, artistic talent and care for nature as an art in the world.
